Logistics Intern (Part-time) Smart Infrastructure, RSS Middle East & Asia Responsibilities: We are looking for a part-time intern who will be focusing on the coordination of the customs clearance and freight invoices payment which include but not limited to the following: • Prepare & collect shipping documents, arrange daily shipment to customer • Maintain shipment record to SAP system • Coordinate the Customs Clearance and freight invoices payment with SLHK CSCM • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply: • Undergraduate in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management • 1-year part-time contract, renew annually • Flexible schedule during semesters (16-20 hours per week) • Willing to learn and able to meet timeline • Well-versed in e-mail Outlook and MS Office applications such as Excel and Word • High proficiency in both written & spoken English Applicants not hearing from us within 4 weeks from the date of advertisement may consider their applications filed for future reference.
