Logistics Intern (Part-time) Smart Infrastructure, RSS Middle East & Asia Responsibilities: We are looking for a part-time intern who will be focusing on the coordination of the customs clearance and freight invoices payment which include but not limited to the following: Prepare & collect shipping documents, arrange daily shipment to customer Maintain shipment record to SAP system Coordinate the Customs Clearance and freight invoices payment with SLHK CSCM Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply: Undergraduate in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management 1-year part-time contract, renew annually Flexible schedule during semesters (16-20 hours per week) Willing to learn and able to meet timeline Well-versed in e-mail Outlook and MS Office applications such as Excel and Word High proficiency in both written & spoken English Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Limited Experience Level: Student (Not Yet Graduated) Job Type: Part-time
