Overall Objective / Purpose of the Role:

Our Log+ platform is looking for an experienced broker to deliver high quality investment services to our industry/warehouse/ logistic corporations, institutions and individuals in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

？ Proactively initiate business development of industry/warehouse/logistics sale and purchase transaction.

积极开展工业/仓储/物流项目的交易业务

？ Identify the target seller/buyers/investors in the industry/warehouse/logistics market.

确定工业/仓储/物流市场中的目标卖方/买方/投资者

？ Maintain close relationship with existing key clients.

与现有关键客户保持密切联系

？ Support the Logi+ leaders in strategic planning and daily management.

为Logi +领导者提供战略规划和日常管理方面的支持

？ Enhance the Logi+ platform and maintain accurate client/stock database.

增强Logi +平台数据库的精确度

？ Coordinate with brokers in other regions in transactions.

Requirements:

？ Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in real estate investment market in china.

3年以上中国房地产投资市场相关的工作经验

？ Possess a wide local professional network in the real estate market.

在上海房地产市场拥有广泛且专业的人际网络

？ Self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

善于沟通表达和人际交往，有良好的自我激励机制

？ Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English.

良好的中英文口语和书写能力

？ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

熟练使用Word，Excel和PowerPoint等办公软件
