Job Description
Our Client is a American up-scalefashion brand with an annual revenue in excess of US$ 1.5 billion.They also market other fashion accessories besides clothes, such as watches, jewelry and perfumes.
Logistics Manager, China
1.
Take charge of the integrated management of freight, responsibilities include detailed planning, control in transportation, storage, distribution, inventory control of goods
2.
Retail & wholesale logistics operation management - responsible for & monitor control of the receiving/delivery/stores transfer/storing & distribution of goods
3.
In charge of the Logistics dept for import/shipping activities in China, dealing with different local/overseas customs documents/CIQ process/Customs clearance activities. Ensure compliance with government & company regulations
4.
Co-ordinate with vendors /customers for all the shipping activities
5.
Review & monitor 3rd party logistics warehouse and freight forwarder's performance - SOP/productivity
6.
Prepare monthly sales & receiving forecast and distribution dashboard report
7.
System operation management - POS / ERP / WMS
8.
Freight forwarder performance review - cost control / KPI performance review/ shipping process and lead time management
9.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient execution of logistics issues
10.
Monitor BJ Logistics & DC operation
- University graduate in logistics management, international trade or similar discipline
- Min 8 years experience in logistics field of which at least 2 yrs at managerial grade
- Retail & wholesale experience in garment field preferred
- Self-motivated, team player with good organizational skill
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Good command of both written & spoken English
- Proficient in Excel application
