As a Logistics Network Manager you will be responsible for Management of the Logistics Network required to support the delivery of ISG Products to the final mile customer. You will also be responsible for leading a Logistics Team who act as the first point of escalation for customer fulfillment, Sales and Carriers. This is a key role for the success of the Global Logistics Operations. The position requires working with our managing vendor and our key Logistics Services Providers (LSP) whilst providing support and guidance to our extended Lenovo organizations of Customer Fulfillment and Country Sales Teams. From internal communication point of view this position is on a daily basis in contact with the Customer fulfillment team from all EMEA regions. They provide the information about the deliveries and managed the critical situation with late deliverers. This position requires external contact with carriers and logistic suppliers. Clear and concise communication skills. Good level of analytical and problem-solving skills. These are your detailed responsibilities: • Serve as a point of escalation from the Logistics Team, Customer Fulfilment and Sales. • Be the center of competence and subject matter expert for Logistics Processes into the region. Maintain accurate and current documentation • Provide weekly Metrics on all key indicators and conduct root-cause analysis of late deliveries • Attend both fixed Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and adhoc liaisons with the Managing Vendor and LSP’s to achieve a Quality Delivery, on time to an agreed service level and cost. • Management of escalated orders for the regions. • Implementation of new LSPs, routes, new logistics solutions. • All aspects of Team Management – Setting KPI’s, Performance Reviews, 1 2 1’s etc • Plan Logistics Stream Lining and Strategies that bring significant improvement in operations, Customer Service and Cost Reduction #### Position Requirements: • Advanced level of English • University degree in Logistics or Related Discipline • Team Player • Ability to lead small team This position will require a great deal of problem-solving. The person will evaluate a situation using their analytic skills and judgment gained during prior experiences to provide logistics solutions for the raised topics.
