Responsibilities:       

• Supervise and monitor the warehousing and logistics of supply chain to ensure operation efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Prepare daily reports of shipment arrangement
• Assist in procurement and inventory-related operations and other assigned duties
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock-take
• Data entry, filing and document control, maintain product, inventory and purchasing database in  System, perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Business
• Min. 5 years relevant experience in logistics field
• Proficient in MS Office, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Services orientated, self-motivated and a quick learner
