Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling and monitoring shipment status, export procedures and documentations
• Manage and liaise with 3PLs and internal departments for oversea warehouse management, receiving and storage
• Follow up purchase orders and ensure smooth distribution and delivery
• Review logistics workflow and provide recommendations on improving efficiency, accuracy and cost saving
• Flexible use of Logistics system and E-Commerce platform development and implementation
• Ad-hoc administrative work may required

Requirements

• At least 3 years relevant experiences in supply chain / logistics operation with experience in supervisory level
• Knowledge or practical experience in E-Commerce as an asset
• Good command of spoken and written English and putonghua
• Detail-minded, with strong analytical mind and numerical sense
• Strong communication skill and able to work independently
