Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Management Office Lead and a Business Analyst for our New Albany, OH location. The PMO Lead is expected to work closely with the project manager to perform the project management function and oversee the project overall progress and health, to provide project management reports, and to establish guidelines and a governance framework. In addition, the candidate will play a Data Analyst role - the Data Analyst is expected to provide expertise on database management/design to drive integration of business data, functions, and systems, as well as to establish standards, guidelines, procedures, and other infrastructure necessary to support the objective of integration of data.

PMO Lead Responsibilities:

  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

  • Analyzing project data, including project resource allocation, risks, dependencies, etc.

  • Ensuring there is an ongoing risk assessment and mitigation work

  • Providing project reports to management and key stakeholders, including status of key milestones and deliverables across the portfolio.

  • Ensuring the right people have access to the right information to make the right decisions.

  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding defined standards.

  • Ensuring there is an efficient framework for seamless team collaboration and communication among team members.

  • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.

  • Accurately documenting the project creation, development, and execution, to enable Reuse of project Learnings and Knowledge

  • Streamlining and Automating Processes and Workflows.

Data Analyst Responsibilities:
Providing data analytics support for various Logistics operational areas, including:

  • Supplier Management: Generation of the Supplier Report Cards, Data Validation and Support for the supplier review meetings.

  • Freight Volume and Spending Management: Analysis of volume and forecast trends, analysis of spending trends, specific lane level spending analysis, On Time Delivery information.

  • Warehouse Volume and Spending Management: Warehouse space utilization and spending, review/approval of warehouse invoices, providing warehouse utilization and spending forecasts for budget planning purposes.

  • Analyzing and reporting cost savings for identified opportunities.

  • KPIs management.

  • Providing analytical expertise to drive overall integration of business data, functions, and systems, as well as to establish standards, guidelines, procedures, and other infrastructure necessary to support the objective of data integration.

  • Solid, proven Project Management system skills and experience - in-depth familiarity with Smartsheet system is in advantage

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BSc in Industrial Engineering or Business Management or related degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management and/or PMO leadership

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics

  • Experience in Excel and Power BI/Tableau

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional PMP Certification

  • Supply Chain/Logistics experience

  • Experience with Project Management Tools (i.e. MS Project, Smartsheet)

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
