Job Responsibility:

l Arrange Shipment

？ Place pre-booking & booking to forwarder.

？ Prepare and send shipping doc (packing list, invoice, delivery note) on time

？ Share, tracking & check Customs declaration document including: sales order saved on time + packing list+ truck details.

？ Tracking shipping document, tracking # to be shared on time to related department and customers after shipment

？ Apply express to arrange shipment base on priority and urgency to make sure the request is fulfilled on time

？ Daily In-transit cargo tracking until delivery.

？ Tracking all shipment arrival status till arrival on time

？ Arrange shipment timely and accurately

？ Shipment and documents on time, in security.

l NAV (ERP) updating

？ Creating SO and delivery related information in Nav. For materials and FG including spare parts

？ Convert Nav PR to excel and manual modify to release materials request plan by considering, approved Forecast, shipment combination, Lead time, MOQ, MPQ …also ECN new added materials can supply production on time

？ Input and check the data is accurate to make sure the ERP is clean

？ Connecting and support to post and all transit for materials and FG in Nav is correct and clean

？ Others new request

l Documentation management:

？ Get and Save E-PO on line timely

？ Save all PO on line timely

？ Save related Doc on time on line

？ Shipping Doc on time

？ Others

Competence & Criteria Required:

• Education Background

3-5 years experiences worked for entrepreneurial company is preferred in logistics

• Learn about knowledge basis of logistics and international trade
• Good PC skills, familiar with Ms office.
• Fluent Mandarin, basic oral and written English.
• Responsible, careful and hardworking.
• Timely and accurate
• Be able to consolidate shipments by good coordination skills
• Strong team work and connection skills
• Good knowledge of planning
• Good analyzing ability and Flexibility
• Ability to work under pressure
• Problem summarize and escalate issues on time
• Knowledge of MRP (NAV) systems, Excel

• Excellent communication skill
• Team player, Good sense of escalation when needed

• Efficient, highly motivate, Good sense of planning
