Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist to develop operations solutions and develop process
- To study and identify operations improvement areas
- To work with operations team, develop improvement plans, drive and sustain improvement
- To analyze operations data and behaviors
Experience
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent is preferred
- 5-year experience in relevant industry
- Experience in IT programming
- Good at MS Excel and Visio is preferred
- Able to communicate with different levels across the organization
- Result-oriented but detail-minded
