Responsibilities
Logistics Related
- Handle the daily export control check of blocked order in GTS system and communicate to the factory ECO team and division order admins
- Take record of the Demo lease report and ensure the Demo return on time.
- Coordinate with individual BU and accounting team for the daily import tax & duty payment issue
- Monthly file Logistics related documents (e.g import documents , import duty& tax certificate , Customs claim sheet and Air way bill )
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Procurement Related
- Handle vendor documents collection & check per Supplier due diligence requirement
- Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery & timely invoicing.
- Track PO with Pre-payment & Coordinate with accounting team to ensure timely payment
- Monthly file procurement related documents (e.g approved PR, PO & supporting documents, quotation, quotation comparison and order confirmation..)
- Support Division Admin team to follow up on delivery & invoice issues related to local supplied items
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder and more than two years working experiences
- Knowledge of Logistics or Procurement related
- Good command in Microsoft Office (Word、Excel、Powerpoint)
- SAP system experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Effective oral & written communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
