岗位描述:
1. Working with Cainiao Russian team on the requirement from Russia/Europe domestic & international market, finding the key requirement of seller/ecommerce platform, meanwhile candidate should good at product planning.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive product planning, project management, and project deployment in a complex environment
3. Demonstrated ability to work close with system/billing/finance/service team

岗位要求:
1. Familiar with Russia/Europe logistics market, must be proficient in both Russian/Spanish + Chinese or Russian/Spanish + English, including verbal, reading, and writing. Must having international vision.
2. Strong commercial planning abilities, self-motivated, hands-on, and able to multi-task across a range of programs in a fast-paced dynamic environment
3. Bachelor degree or above, 8+ years of experience on supply chain or system design or pilot on enterprise logistics system. Experience on product management/project management area is must. Good experience on one of them: WMS/TMS/other logistics system. Experience on massive project management is a plus.
4. Willing to innovation, good communication skills, document writing, good presentation skill, ability to working under high pressure.
