Job Description
Job Summary The Logistics Program Leader will manage the Freight Bill Audit (FBA) program for LATAM region, this role will guarantee the correct flow and compliance to the billing, auditing and payment application process to logistics service providers according to the local requirements for each country in the region. This role is pivotal in driving process improvements and problems resolution between logistics providers, Eaton plants and GFSS representatives. This position will be responsible to maintain Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) documents governance and rate cards updated; will drive logistics spend analysis to identify and promote Cost Out initiatives and support project implementations collaborating with Mexico, Central and South America regional Program Managers. This position is responsible to track logistics variances within the region to identify opportunities, leakages and synergies across Eaton plants in the region. Job Responsibilities Freight Payment gatekeeper. Facilitate problem resolution between suppliers and Eaton incumbents (Finance, Logistics GTM). Guarantee the right application of payment terms according to SCM Corporate Policies. Lead Business Process Improvements (BPI) to streamline audit and payment process. Drive logistics spend analysis to provide Corporate and Business Logistics organizations with logistics opportunities. Work with LATAM sites to align Logistics strategy to supporting cost out initiatives. Consolidate and report monthly logistics spend variances from the business. Manage Contract Lifecycle Management tool and documents. Responsible to validate and maintain Logistics Dashboards data integrity for Mexico and Central and South America. Lead relationship with internal stakeholders of the process GFSS, Corp. Taxes, Logistics, Finance. #LI-AR7 Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Bachelor´s degree in International Business, Finance or related to SCM discipline. Years and area of experience required: Minimum 5 years in SCM, Finance or Program Management in a manufacturing environment, automotive preferred. Technical Knowledge: English to proficiently communicate. Portuguese is desired but not mandatory. ERP general knowledge (SAP, Oracle preferred). Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in Excel and Power Point. Soft Skills: Possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Customer focus and problem solving. Proactive and team player. Analytical thinking.
