- Coordination of all Logistics work packages in new type planning (NTP) for engine & battery projects.
- Organization, lead and documentation of regular project meetings with Logistics work packages.
- Tracking and active steering of Logistics milestones, project status and KPIs.
- Preparation of management reports and reporting in the relevant steering committees such as Launch Preparation Review (LPR)
- Close collaboration with the Logistics project lead (TPL) on a daily basis and act as deputy within the project.
- Represent the Logistics function and interests in the project and towards other functions such as project lead (WPL), production planning, production, quality and purchasing.
- Implementation, enhancement and consistent execution of standardized project management methods within Logistics.
- Ensure implementation of Daimler & BBAC Logistics planning standards such New Lean Concept (NLC) and one roof in the project.
- Timeline management, adjustment and alignment with the project lead (WPL) or Launch team on behalf of Logistics.
