Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Tijuana facility. The Logistics Analyst is responsible for support business SCM in logistics. This position is responsible for executing logistics savings and Analysis Savings for Aerospace facilities. This person will deliver a high quality of customer service with an ongoing bias for continuous improvement. The role will require individual with a want to identify and solidify cost out, assist with implementation of Eaton directed carriers. This is a multi-site role and will support Purchasing Managers, Category Managers and Escalations. This position will serve as an individual contributor and as a lead for assigned regional area. Some activities related with the position will be: Cass Management – Correct Errors and insure key reporting Identification of Saving Opportunities- Research costly lanes and look for unified solution Assist with development of Group Level reports and alignment to GPS Assist with Claims Organize and Implement Premium freight tracking Reduce Aerospace overall Logistics Spend Ensure Supplier Compliance on Routes Leadership attributes - be able to work and develop a team. Conflict management an escalation process. Training and process orientated – should be able to on-board new hires, deploy new process or retrained the team depending on the needs. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelors with 3-5 years of experience in SCM processes Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Power Bi, Need to have working Knowledge of any ERP. English and Spanish language fluency (writing, reading and speaking) Preferred Qualifications: Good communication skills to work with teams remotely Quick response to deadlines and priorities Hands on experience in purchasing functions Training and development of buyers We make what matters work.
