Objective of Job

• Supply DRX plants (e.g. semi-finished products, parts, etc.)/customer plants (e.g. with products, etc.) across all supply chains

  Principle Activities

• Provide technical leadership (e.g. orientation, training, etc.) for associates 为同事提供技术领导

• Coordinate associates (e.g. personnel scheduling, vacation planning, meetings, etc.) 配合协助同事（例如，人员规划，休假计划，会议等）

• Agree on delivery dates with customers, (z.B. pre-series, series, spare parts service, etc.) 就交货日期方面与客户达成一致（例如，预生产，系列生产，备件服务等）

• Implement improvements across all supply chains 对整个供应链实施改进措施

• Agree on start-up and end planning 就启动和终结计划方面达成一致

• Review and manage system parameters 评估并管理系统参数

• Coordinate actions to avoid bottlenecks (e.g. due to threatened delivery delays, for technical changes, in case of immediate demand/additional demand, etc.) 协助采取必要措施，以避免出现瓶颈期（例如，因为延迟交货，技术变更，紧急/额外订单需求的原因等）

• Cooperate in Logistics/SCM projects 配合物流/SCM项目
• Control the logistical material and process flows across several supply chains, taking economic aspects into account

控制物流原材料和跨多个供应链流程，需考虑预算问题

• Monitor indicators according to guidelines, and report any deviations 根据指导手册，监控指示器，并汇报偏差

• Monitor inventory levels over several DRX plants, taking into consideration production supply 监控DRX内多个工厂的库存水平，并考虑生产支持

• Retrieve inventory levels and production quantities over several DRX plants, in order to plan transports 检索DRX工厂的库存水平和生产数量，以便于制定运输计划

• Control and coordinate internal DRX production 管控并协调配合DRX内部生产

• Recognize bottlenecks and initiate special actions (e.g. special or rapid transport, extra shifts, etc.) 识别瓶颈期并采取特殊措施（例如，特殊或快速运输，额外加班等）

• Place orders (e.g. materials, semi-finished products, parts, containers, transport, etc.) 制定订单（例如，原材料，半成品，零件，货箱，运输等）

• Monitor delivery amounts and schedules 监控发货数量和发货计划

• Act as a deputy contact person between production locations, customers 担任供应商，生产区域，客户之间的代理人

• Handle launches and phase-outs 处理产品推广和淘汰

• Handle excess inventory 处理多余库存

• Follow 5S,6S principle 遵守5S,6S原则

Job and Work Requirements

• Logistics relative education background and at least 2 years plant relevant working experience 物流相关教育背景及2年以上工厂相关工作经验

• Advanced English knowledge in written and spoken 熟练的英语听说读写能力

• Advanced technical knowledge of logistics processes/workflows/concepts 先进的物流流程及理念相关技术知识

• Fundamental IT knowledge (e.g. systems, MS office package, …) IT基础知识（例如，系统，日常办公软件等）

• Good analytical skill and Problem-solving skill 良好的分析能力和问题解决能力

• Good Leadership, communication skill and conflict management capacity良好的领导能力, 沟通能力和冲突管理能力

• Good Teamworker 优秀的团队协作者
