Your New Responsibilities:

• Organize overseas shipments and prepare necessary documents, coordinate with carriers/forwarders to ensure shipment delivery on time

• Create qualified export shipping documents for Customs clearance and finalize them with consignee’s confirmation

• Follow up Customs clearance for export shipment

• Check and verify all shipment charges and arrange payment

• Transfer necessary documents to relative parities timely

• Cost analysis and assist manager on cost saving project

• Tracks, coordinates and follows-up shipments with service providers and supplier as well as functional departments within the company.

• Produce and collect all import shipping documents for Customs declaration

• Contact local transportation service provider for in-land / after haulage arrangement

What We Look For:

• At least 3 years in Customs and shipping experience

• Bachelor or above; Working experience in international company is preferred

• Good international trade knowledge，Customs/CIQ knowledge

• Prefer to have necessary certificates such as Customs Clearance Certificate

• Prefer to be familiar with SAP/ Kingdee system

• Good communication skills

• Good communication (verbal & written) in Chinese and English
