• Order, track, and report inventory and deliveries
• Communicate with Product Company on the order placed and outstanding
• Timely follow-up order schedule and product delivery appointment
• Notify customers if shipments are delayed
• Take responsibility on custom clearance procedures, B/L checking and amending
• Coordinate all shipments for all locations
• Issuing the invoice and informing customers the payment
• Work with carrier and third-party services
• Monitoring stock levels and as well as third-party warehouse inventory
• Assist to prepare inventory stocktaking
• Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, damages
• Logistics cost control (including freight, duty and custom clearance etc.…).
• Close cooperation with Credit Analyst on customer orders and outstanding receivable balance
• Take responsibility on performing inventory and accounting related reports
• Maintain data integrity in the ERP system
• Communicate with carriers regarding service levels
• Work with managers and team members to implement new strategies and initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company processes
• Update service-level reports and provide analysis on findings
• Determine key supply chain KPIs
• Inform management of ongoing performance issues
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Performs all other related duties as assigned

Experience requirements

• Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Specialist for 2 years and experience in order processing, handling, custom clearance procedures or related field
• Experience in using SAP system is a plus

Knowledge

• Technically sound in computers and MS office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good reading and writing in English is basic and good English speaking is a plus
• Good experience and knowledge on foreign trade and customs duty

Educational requirements

Bachelor degree in Logistic, International Trade, Supply Chain or Business management education preferred

• Highly self-motivated and the ability to work effectively as part of a team effort or autonomously
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and experience in developing professional working relationships with internal stakeholders from across the business & external stakeholders (customers, partners, suppliers)
