Siemens LLC, SI (Smart Infrastructure) looks for a Logistics Specialist with location in Moscow office. Responsibilities: Full scope of logistics activities to support Smart infrastructure business, including: Interaction with equipment suppliers – mostly Siemens factories across the world Organizing and monitoring international and domestic transportation: inbound and outbound Coordination of the customs clearance process: communication with customs brokers: document package assembly, necessary clarifications Preliminary budget estimation: calculating freight costs, customs duties and taxes, payments to third party providers along the supply chain, defining risks and possible cost optimization. Support to business during contract preparation and project execution connected with logistics and customs clearance topics Work in SAP: purchase order and production order creation, Goods Receipt, Material management, invoice clearing with equipment suppliers and logistics providers Daily communication with business units’ employees on delivery questions, delivery reporting; Working in SAP: PO and production order creation, Goods Receipt, Material management, support of local assembly process in SAP Ongoing automation and optimizing of existing logistics processes in order the order to cash cycle What is required from the candidate: >3 years of experience in logistics Advanced knowledge of English Excel user (“vlookup” and pivot tables) Analytical mindset System approach to problem solving Desire to learn, develop and optimize Proactive nature, team- and customer oriented Professional education with specialization in logistics, supply chain management, foreign trade would be an advantage Experience in organization of deliveries, experience both with customs brokers and forwarders would be an advantage Experience in ERP, preferably SAP Please, note that hiring will be via our partner company, Manpower CIS!
