As a Logistics Specialist, your essential job functions will include the following:

The Logistics Specialist will focus on daily logistics operations and statistics, to make sure that we provide excellent service level to customers with the competitive cost and high efficiency. The role will be responsible to manage daily logistics operation and track performance of warehouse and transportation forwarders.

Detailed Responsibility include but not limited as below:

Warehousing Management

• Monitor daily report from warehouse and transportation forwarders to make sure inbound, outbound and inventory information are accurate.
• Monitor JDE system logistics function to make sure all the transactions are completed by warehouse forwarder in time every day.
• Conduct GR/GI operation in JDE system for DCs and hubs.
• Coordinate with internal customer service team and warehouse forwarders to handle urgent order.
• Handle customer complaints and provide improvement action after investigation.
• Filing all related documents orderly.
• Provide JDE system training to warehouse associates, and act as backup of warehouse associates.
• Attend cycle count when necessary.

Transportation Management

• Monitor order delivery status daily to make sure goods arrive customers on time.
• Provide daily order delivery report to customers.
• Coordinate with transportation forwarders and customer service/sales team to handle urgent shipment.
• Investigate delay delivery and provide improvement action plans.
• Analyze outbound delivery information and provide improvement opportunities regarding to cost reduction, operation efficiency improvement, OTD improvement, etc.

Position Requirements
Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fresh graduate with great potential is preferred.
• Good analytical capabilities.
• Good Communication skills (both in Chinese and in English)
