SUMMARY

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for logistic and Customs activity for MFE Plant.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for preparing paperwork for import/export shipments, coordinating and communicating details with shipper and recipient.
• Responsible for Customs clearance for import and export.
• Daily communication and management with outside Broker/3PL vendor
• Responsible for creating, analyzing and managing cost simulations for freight and lead times.
• Assist in determining best method for transport movement.
• Responsible for collecting, filling and reporting the actual costs related to importation and exportation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of work experience
• At least 1 year working experience in logistics and customs.
• At least 1-year experience in operating ERP system.
• Toy & fabric industry is a plus

EDUC ATION & SKILLS (COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS)

• Min 2 years Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent, 4 years degree (Bachelor Degree) preferred.
• Preferred Major in logistics related.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Good command of English in both oral and written
• Knowledge in using ERP, UF system preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• General office and factory environment
• Maybe need business travel around Jiangxi and Guangzhou province and/or Hong Kong
