1) Order Management

a) Place order to foreign suppliers

b) Tracking status of each order, collect shipping docs on time.

c) Manage order DIFOT.

2) Customs clearance and CIQ process

a) Import Documents Preparation

b) Manage importation process; work closely with broker and forwarder to ensure all imported products cleared asap and comply with CIQ requirements.

c) CIQ certification and declaration sheet filing completely. Provide visibility to cross function

3) Cost control and Process Improvement

a) 3PL KPI evaluation, improve total inbound lead time and cost efficiency.

b) In charge of RFQ for air shipments.

c) Manage the monthly settlement with broker and forwarder, assist manager on cost control and optimization.

4) Complaint

a) Raise complaints to suppliers for quality issue/mistakes.

b) Follow the complain process until case closed.

c) Work with supplier to make improvements.

5) Others

a) Q&A for imported products from cross function.

b) Other project or work assigned by line manager.

Requirement,

1. University or College Degree

2. 2 years relevant working experience preferably in multinational working environment

3. English CET-4 and Office

4. Customs declaration certificate/Freight Forwardering Certificate would be a plus

5. Familiar with JDE and PS would be a plus
