Requirements

• Degree holder or above 
• 2 – 4 years relevant experience in Trading or Manufacturin industry 
• Good knowledge of L/C or Banking document
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Good knowledge in PC and well versed in EXCEL
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle import and export shipping documents including LC documents
• Responsible for monitoring shipment schedule and update report
  
• Coordinate with factories for shipping schedule arrangement
  
• Communicate with global customers and forwarders for shipment arrangement
