We are currently looking for a Logistics Specialists with Dutch (f/m/d) language to join our international order management / logistics centre in Warsaw. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for customer order processing (products and systems), some logistics activities and taking part in shaping of a shared services delivery model dedicated to the European countries. What are my responsibilities? Processing orders in the system (SAP) based on the input from customers and salesmen Organization and monitoring of deliveries Phone and e-mail contact with customers Close cooperation with warehouses and with various internal departments Organization of deliveries and monitoring the material flow as well as stock levels Controlling circulation of documents, verifying their correctness and monitoring shipping documents Actively proposing process optimizations What do I need to qualify for this job? Fluent level of business English (written and spoken) Advanced level of Dutch Experience/background in logistics/supply chain, business administration, customer service gained in international business/corporate environment Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP) and/or educational background in logistics – nice to have An university degree Ability to work in a team Good communication and customer service skills Attention to quality and details Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks If you are able to start the job soon - it's a big plus!
