Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with internal departments / forwarders / head office for import & export
• Be responsible for inventory control and stock accuracy for products and samples
• Monitor and lead 3PL service on inbound, order processing and delivery
• Handle import / export declaration
• Support on ad hoc or other jobs assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain or related disciplines
• At least 5 years solid experience in logistics management
• Good knowledge in freight forwarding and shipping
• Good command in both English and Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill, can-do attitude
• Hands on in SAP and tradelink system
• MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook is a MUST
