Responsibilities :

• To lead a small team of handling daily inbound and outbound operations including CSR and warehouse operation
• To coordinate and maintain relations with various parties so as to keep warehouse operation running smoothly
• To supervise team members to achieve KPIs from customers and handle all relevant shipping documents

Requirements :

• Diploma in Logistics or other related disciplines
• At least 4 /  5 years' relevant working experience in logistics and warehouse industry, preferably with 2 years' supervisory experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proactive working attitude and good communicartion skills
• Hands-on PC skills (MS Office)
