Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell logistics services to customers, and achieve business target, growth and KPIs as assigned
• Acquire new customers, grow customer base and develop new sales opportunities
• Retain existing customers and maximize business potential
• Contact customers daily through outbound / inbound calls activities
• Handle price and contract request from customers

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, telemarketing or customer services. Bachelor degree holder with less experience will also be considered
• Knowledge in the logistics industry is preferred
• Possess strong problem solving skill
• Excellent telephone manner and handling skill
• Well-organized, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
