POSITION PURPOSE:

Under the direct lead of Operation Manager, to be responsible for shipping and receiving of material and production.

在运营经理的领导下，负责公司物料以及产品的收货和发货。

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor degree+, degree in a logistics preferred

本科以上，物流相关专业。

2. 10+ years shipping/receiving management of an international manufacturing company.

10年以上外企收/发货管理经验。

3. Good Command of English both in Writing and Oral.

良好的英语读写能力。工作语言为中文和英语

4. Familiar with ERP system, Oracle system.

熟悉ERP系统，熟悉Oracle系统者。

5. Familiar with ISO9000: 2000 and ISO14001,.

熟悉ISO9000：2000和ISO14001。

6. Good leadership skills and a good team player.

良好的领导能力和团队意识。

7. Experience with Ms-office.

精通Ms-office。

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Shipping and receiving of material and production

物料和产品的发货以及收货。

2. Control stocks of material and production.

物料和产品的库存控制。

3. Cost down for logistics.

物流的成本控制。

4. Makes an inventory of material and productions monthly.

每月盘点物料和产品的库存。

5. Training the new warehouse operator for Oracle.

培训新进仓库人员Oracle系统。

6. Responsible for promoting EMS and identifying environment aspects in production department. Assist in establish the system of ISO9000 and ISO14001.

负责本部门的环境质量方针推进和环境因素的识别, 协助建立ISO9000 和ISO14001体系。

7. Performs all other duties as assigned.

其他指派的工作。

8. Familiar with Shanghai Customs and improve logistic procedure.

熟悉上海关务，改善物流程序。
