As a Logistics and Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for: · Responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics for Ultrasound products, supporting both international and domestic suppliers and customers · Subject matter expert in Logistics optimization, shipping lanes, and IncoTerms · Manage transportation budget and costs for the department · Lead inventory and logistics working teams and associates · Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and SAP Transactions are performed regularly and in a timely manner to support business requirements · Ownership of departmental work instructions, procedures, and adherence to training deadlines · Work with customers for processing any claims and returns to ensure reverse logistics are coordinated and executed · Collect and analyze data to publish a variety of monthly departmental metrics. · Participate in the creation of new project requirement documents and monitor their progress. · Perform transactions in SAP as required. · Ensure safe working environment for self and others while on customer and Siemens properties. · Evaluating bids and proposals submitted by potential suppliers (Freight Forwarders, Warehouse, etc) · Determining the fastest, most economical way to transport goods · Work alongside Siemens ECC team to ensure proper considerations are taken for international shipments This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers Experience working in a global environment Cross-functional/ Cross-cultural environment Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of professional business principles, practices, and functional skills. Experience working in SAP (or equivalent ERP system) is desired Proficient with writing and desktop publishing in Word 365 Medical device experience is a plus Required skills to have for the success of this role Relevant Bachelor’s degree in related discipline Minimum of five years of experience The pay range for this position is $135,000 – 145,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
