職務說明

o Responsible for the logistics P&L of Taiwan and the DSO on Logistics accounts o Participate in the budget planning and present Logistics development plan in Taiwan o Actively promote QHSE program throughout logistics activities o Elaborate solution in reply to RFIs, RFQs and Tender o Handle customers' complaints and develop action plan to solve the problems intermediately o Source potential suppliers and negotiate with the vendors to get the optimum cost and quality o Train the suppliers based on the designed solutions, monitor the performances, and manage the relationship with vendors to optimize the cost and benefit o Understand the customers new requirements as well as the market trends and remind local and regional management of the changes

理想的應徵者

o At least 10 years experiences in logistics and warehouse operation, and 5 years solid experience in managing a logistics team o Proficiency in English speaking, listening, and writing o Mastery of MS application including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiar with WMS is preferable o Experience in a multi-clients (cosmetics/garments) with labor intensive distribution center o Knowledge in Freight Forwarding would be a plus o Profession in 3rd party logistics services with strong customer service mind
