Long Bar Manager
 
As a Bar Manager, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and flavors that are hallmarks of our Long Bar and lounge experience. Your warm, attentive guest service and passion for mixology are worth raising a glass to!
 
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
•        Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
•        Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
•        Responsible to create menus and cocktails offer according to brand and guest expectation
•        Ensure that appropriate stock/par level of all bar items is constantly maintained; prepares orders accordingly
•        Consistency on the beverages creation list, production, and service
•        Ensure consistent bar presentation and cleanliness
•        Utilize appropriate stemware/glassware as required by company standards, polish glassware, stock bar supplies to par levels, etc.
•        Knowledge of European Bottle, formal Champagne, and high tea service, presentation, and procedures
•        Serve lounge area when necessary including but not limited to, taking orders, serving guests, bussing tables, and running food
•        Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
•        Possess extensive knowledge of premium liquor, wine, and beer offered
•        Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
•        Training to the team
•        Follow venues policies, procedures, and service standards
•        Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage (HACCP)
•        Actively participate in ongoing learning opportunities and enhancing your skills, abilities, and professionalism for personal growth
•        Engage in conversation with guest and promote Hotel services in an informative way
•        Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•        Previous bartending leadership experience required (or confirmed assistant position).
•        Previous mixology training preferred
•        Excellent knowledge of all beverage products and Brands
•        Excellent communication and organizational skills
•        Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
•        Highly responsible & reliable
•        Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•        Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
•        Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
