Job Description:
FunPlus Game, a leader in global gaming on Facebook, iOS and Android platforms, is looking for enthusiastic individuals that would like to work in the gaming industry, in particular for English/Spanish/Italian/Polish/German/Japanese Game Operators for Facebook and Mobile Platforms! You will be in charge of administering our games fanpages and our customer support channels, localize and test our games, and represent the connection point between our players and our game studios for users' questions and issues, fanpages promotions, and game translation and testing. You will also take part in brainstorming to design in-game events, special game content, or fanpage events!
Working Relationships:
- Within Operation Depts.: Game Operation Lead and Game Operators within the team of each language
- Inter Depts.: Game Studios, Marketing
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To work with team members on both Customer part and Community as below,
Customer support part:
- To help and solve users' questions from CS channels and report to game studio
- Manage and collect users’feedbacks from CS channels
- Report for major questions and key CS metrics tracking
Community part:
- Manage most day to day outbound communications and key metric tracking
- Create and maintain communications calendar including cross promotion between our games
- Fanblasts: write post content and manage international page management – scheduling communications with remote staff
- Create and administer surveys & share results to studio
- Contests: end to end creation and management
- Events: work and support all studio live events
- Translation: localize game content according to target audience and game style
- Market research: be the market expert of your region, and bring high potential information for mobile and web marketing channels
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in Customer Service, or Community management for game industry, preferably with Social or Strategy Gaming experience
- Native speaker in English/Spanish/Italian/German/Dutch, fluent in English, and good in Chinese is a plus (but not necessary)
- Computer skill with Office pack
