At Roberto&Co;., we are looking for strategic and enthusiastic event planner to produce events from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities:
-Plan, design and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
-Liaise with team members and event participants to identify their needs of business communities
-Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts/deals with F&B entities
-Take part in team meetings and share with constructive feedbacks per each completed project
-Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
-Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, , location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc (with the help of team members)
-Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
-Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event
-Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
-Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes (majority of reports are kept short and via email)
-Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest

Requirements:
-Proven event management experience (internships also applicable)
-Impressive portfolio of previously managed events
-Excellent time management and communication skills (English, Chinese is a plus nit requirement)
-Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationship on win-win basis
-Ability to manage multiple projects independently (at initial basis with support of team members)
-MS Office proficiency
-Ability to write professional letters (business, invitation and request
