Job Duties 職責:

• Ensure the catering / lounge services are provided to the expectations of the client and customers
• Supervise the team on daily operations and maintain the highest standard of delivery for all catering / lounge activities within the facility
• Implement business practices to ensure compliance with all local regulations as well as all policies and procedures of Sodexo and the client (e.g. HACCP, quality assurance, safety, operations, HR)
• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by Lounge Manager

Job Requirements 要求:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in hospitality industry
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure and develop sound working relationship with all colleagues
• Service-oriented, self-motivated and possess strong leadership and good interpersonal skills

Place of Work 工作地點: 

• Hong Kong International Airport (13:00p.m. to 9a.m., 5 days per week, 10 hours per day, on shift and shift holiday)
