Geography, ensuring curriculum standards are met. c. Use innovative teaching methods to inspire and challenge students, catering
to a variety of learning styles and abilities.


2. Curriculum Development and Planning:
a. Develop and implement lesson plans and schemes of work aligned with the
school's academic goals and examination board requirements. b. Ensure progression of skills and knowledge across year groups and subjects. c. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Humanities
curriculum.
