Job Descriptions:
- Fully in charge of all aspects of Le Club Program and will act as the champion of the Hotel
- Greet Le Club Member & VIP guests personally
- Handle guests complaints and refer them as necessary, follow up on corrective actions
- Responsible for in house recognition program and any other loyalty based initiatives
- Monitor guests relations' personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival or departures
- Organize training in regards to Le Club Program for the team and make sure important updates on the program gets disseminated properly and accurately for the Hotel
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experiences in hotel / guest services with knowledge in Accor Loyalty program is preferred
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with complaint handling skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
