Overview: 

By being a brand custodian, this position builds up and execute Lucas marketing brand activities designed to achieve specific business objectives, including: NSV, share of market, financial shape and penetration targets. As well as the Brand Plans and presence within the US through our LTE business.

 

Key Responsabilities: 

Brand Management

  • Assist brand’s strategy considering sustainable, accelerated, and profitable shape
  • Collect and analyze market, consumer and brand data, to support and develop the activity set and portfolio management for local market within the brand plans
  • Analyze and review brand performance shaping business recommendations
  • Connect with cross functional teams to support activity set development, that ensures delivery of key brand initiatives in market
  • Implement marketing brand plan & innovation activities, supported by on-going performance analysis, portfolio management during internal process
  • Assist media strategy & managing social profiles, co-leaded with digital external partner

Project Management & Leadership

  • Lead Lucas plans – activation, innovation & profitability – with excellence, including cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and readiness of plans, tracking of performance in market, course-correction and learnings to improve future performance
  • Lead S&OP Projects: Deliver all main S&OP process main deliverables (PC,PB, AB, ER, Volume 1,2,3) as well as execution and post launch review.

LTE

  • Owner for ensuring consistent growth within US territories, identifying portfolio/formats opportunities and developing the ad hoc innovation pipeline for this channel.
  • Artworks process: Owner of "Dragonfly" process. Responsible to ensure execution of artworks to meet core & innovation needs.

 

 

Context & Scope: 

Partnership with Key internal Stakeholders:

  • SDL core partners: Customer Marketing & SRM.
  • Multifunctional team: S&OP CBD (Sales & Operations), financial co-pilots, Demand Planners and logistic.
  • Content team: Regional

Partnership with Key Global & Local Business Partners: Agile Creative Agencies, Media Agencies & Digital Agencies.

 

Key Challenges: Contribute to deliver Lucas Brand Vision: To become and iconic brand for young generations by connecting with their most intense interests (Mid Tier innovation, Spicy Experiences, building Brand positioning leveraging in the music interest). Implement marketing brand plan & innovation activities ensuring outstanding performance within the market, internal value creation due to a collaborative work with functional areas.

 

What we are looking for: 

  • Marketing/Business/Engineering Degree or similar
  • Advanced English (Oral/Written)
  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience/Internships
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Demonstrated success in leading within a cross-functional team
  • Ability to leverage their analytical skills to drive plans and deliver growth.
  • Basic financial P&L understanding
