Working Schedule

• Lung King Heen - Split shift, opening hours from 11:30am-3:00pm and 6:00pm-10:30pm

The job

• Describe the menu items to guests, offer suggestions, take guest orders
• Using the point-of-sales system, coordinate food timings, items delivery to the guests in a timely manner
• Properly and accurately close guest checks, process payments
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets and food stations

The Person

• Diploma in Hospitality specialization will be an advantage
• 1 year experience in Restaurant in five-star hotel is preferred
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills
