The purpose of this role is to primarily effectively implement and manage a project management framework across all significant BNYMFML Luxembourg change activities such as implementation of regulator initiatives, technological change or other changes to the operating model of the Management Company. Working with senior management and operations to ensure and accelerate efficient functioning of the Lux asset management platform. Key Responsibilities: Provide structured approach to implementation of changes impacting the Lux business. Create project plans for tracking and managing projects locally impacting Man Co or fund ranges Project support for general business activities. Understand operating and business model across the funds landscape Run and manage project meetings tracking open actions and deliverables Present projects at various internal governance committees and boards Work in partnership with other business areas including legal, product, compliance, and other teams engaged in delivery of changes Qualifications Values: Passion for Excellence- We get it done.
