Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up customers’ telephone enquiries/complaints in relation to beauty products with a pleasant telephone manner
Ensure prompt and accurate responses
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
F.6 or above
1-2 years relevant experience in customer services is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive and a good team player
Conversant with Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
