Luxury Experience Executive

If your passion is luxury and guest experience, this special role may be for you. We are currently seeking a Full time Luxury Experience Executive to join our Club Millesime team.

The Sofitel Brisbane Central is centrally located within the heart of Brisbane City. The hotel’s 416 elegantly appointed rooms and suites are complemented by the finest personal luxuries to make this one of Brisbane’s best accommodation experiences. The hotel features a number of exquisite and extravagant food & beverage outlets, two fitness centres, a Day Spa and fully flexible event spaces for up to 1100 delegates.

What you will be doing:

• Ensuring the seamless experience of our most loyal and VIP guests
• Responsible for the day to day operation of the exclusive Club Millesime
• Working collaboratively across all departments to drive the guest experience
• Leading and supervising ambassadors in the delivery of guest service, F&B and Front Office service standards
• Managing online guest reviews and the successful delivery of guest amenities

Your experience and skills include:

• Front Office or Food and Beverage Supervisory experience in a luxury hotel is desired
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Experience with Opera PMS highly desired
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
