Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up customers’ telephone enquiries/complaints in relation to beauty products with a pleasant telephone manner
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.6 or above
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in customer services is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and a good team player
  • Conversant with Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
