Job description:
1. Be responsible for the operation and management of goods, personnel, display, training, performance evaluation and other related matters of the store.
2. Familiar with the professional knowledge of luxury clothing, lead the staff to achieve the sales goals.
3. Be responsible for the maintenance and management of customers in the area under its management, maintain good cooperative relations, and ensure the stability of customers.
4. Responsible for the collection and feedback of market information, the rectification and maintenance of the store image in the service area.
5. Be able to formulate promotion plans for the improvement of store sales performance in combination with the company's inventory situation.

Job requirements:
1. more than 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury wholesale industry.
2. Have experience in store management, have the ability of personnel recruitment, training, store management, sales analysis, execution, communication, etc.
3. Strong sense of learning, able to learn new business quickly;appeal and leadership;challengable and willing to start a business.
4. Working experience in the same industry and position is preferred.
