Job Description
Responsibility:

New Strategic Business Development
- Support strategic planning and annual operational planning for new business development department
- Apply strategic insight and analytical rigor to drive deep-dive market assessments and business case analyses of new growth opportunities and emerging/disruptive industry trends.
- Develop, manage and realize the sorted opportunities provided by CEO, via
- Proper project management systems.
- Internal and external resources engagement
- Systematic reporting and meeting systems
- ROI analysis and result evaluation to have clear profit overview
Marketing Data Collection
- Collect and analyze internal and external data to review a detailed market map by category / key competition / key brands to understand the most up to date market trends and dynamics.
- Work independently to collect market and competitor information through 3rd party agency channels and business partners. Commitment to deliver quality work, initiatives to collect market intelligence, relationship building with internal functions as well as external partners, is critical.
Competitor analysis and Develop furniture market map
- Research and analysis of the economy, markets, competitors, industries and technologies trends
- Conduct furniture market portfolio analysis and complete analysis reports, to gain a deeper understanding of market: depletions and market developments including competitor activity
- Performs new customer develop analysis and new customer performance analysis.
- To finish regular tracking competition intelligence report includes latest market trends, competition dynamics and implications to Trayton, to assist CEO in informed decision making
Others:
- Support cross-function team communications
- Take fully charge of any task arranged by line manager, which may not listed in the above;
- Follow Trayton culture and create the good culture within our without your department, to influence others.
Experience/Education Required
- 5+ years working experiences, preferably furniture industry or consulting
- 5+ years working experience in Private Equity or advisory in M&A or Commercial Real Estate developments - research/analysis and implementation
- Commercial and business mindset, keep cool in clam under pressure
- Analytically strong, with ability to select and apply appropriate tools / techniques to commercial issues
- Strong data processing, and analysis ability, including obtaining information from external sources, analyzing data and driving insights from data.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) is a must
- be able to work in a proactive and independent way – with strategic and directional instructions from the Line Manager
