In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support in operational M&A tasks for HR systems and related improvements to integrate Newly Acquired Companies into Philips.

You are responsible for

  • Preparing, validating and executing HR data into Workday according to the project plan,

  • Maintaining HR data of newly acquired companies,

  • Supporting delivery of reports in Workday within M&A scope,

  • Performing regular checks on changes in systems, monitoring and identifying points and necessary corrections,

  • Supporting in training tasks,

  • Addressing potential process improvement solutions where applicable,

  • Supporting pro-actively in improvement activities.

You are a part of

M&A HR team and closely work with the Global HRIS Team. The role is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 1-3 years of experience,

  • Analytical skills; familiar with Excel and analysis,

  • Good understanding of Workday, Workday reporting and Workday data loads,

  • Basic understanding of HR systems / processes,

  • Good written and verbal communication skills,

  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met,

  • Fast learner,

  • Accurate, attention for detail,

  • Fluency in English.
