In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support in operational M&A tasks for HR systems and related improvements to integrate Newly Acquired Companies into Philips.
You are responsible for
Preparing, validating and executing HR data into Workday according to the project plan,
Maintaining HR data of newly acquired companies,
Supporting delivery of reports in Workday within M&A scope,
Performing regular checks on changes in systems, monitoring and identifying points and necessary corrections,
Supporting in training tasks,
Addressing potential process improvement solutions where applicable,
Supporting pro-actively in improvement activities.
You are a part of
M&A HR team and closely work with the Global HRIS Team. The role is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
1-3 years of experience,
Analytical skills; familiar with Excel and analysis,
Good understanding of Workday, Workday reporting and Workday data loads,
Basic understanding of HR systems / processes,
Good written and verbal communication skills,
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met,
Fast learner,
Accurate, attention for detail,
Fluency in English.
