Qualifications :

• Holder of Higher Diploma / Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Studies from a HK polytechnic university / HKIVE or a technical institute / technical college, etc.
• A minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience in the maintenance of public housing estates in Hong Kong
• Possess valid Green Card
• Well versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD
• With positive working attitude and service-oriented mindset
• Candidates with safety supervisor training certificate will be an added advantages

Job Duties:

• Dealing with routine public housing estate maintenance works;
• Monitor / supervise contractors, service providers, workers in dealing with maintenance works progress, workmanship, quality of works, etc.
• Prepare drawings, sketches, estimate works costs, etc.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Work Location : Kowloon Bay
