Job Description
The candidate is expected to have insight on solving complex business problems, devising invaluable strategies and improving the financial and operational health of the clients. It is an added-value that the candidate has specific industry insight -- high-tech, banking & finance. The candidate has experience to apply research, analyze internal data, interview people and prepare and present reports. He/she can spend the time developing beneficial business relationships with clients at the top level.

Experience and Qualification
The candidate should have at least 10-year experience as a management consultant.  Also, he/she possesses sound analytical abilities and top communication skills. Much of your time as a consultant will involve analyzing data and pulling together a story, and ultimately recommendations, for the client. However, a huge chunk of the projects will involve interviewing employees, presenting information to a group of executives, and convincing the key players that your recommendations are sound and acceptable.

The candidate should possess a top-tier MBA with good command of English and Mandarin.
