Job Description

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 8-10 years of business experience as a Programme PMO, Business Manager or a Senior PMO; digital experience/e-service a plus
  • Possess customer experience / UX mindset with experience in designing customer journey
  • Good commercial awareness and business sense with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Solid experience in project management with proven track records
  • Experience in managing internal IT teams and external vendors
  • Demonstrate ability in process improvement (e.g. Lean six sigma an added advantage)
  • Excellent inter-personal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player and positive individual contributor


Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the roadmap and new initiatives of customer journey development including marketing campaign management
  • Responsible for digital customer journey ecosystem deployment with both internal parties such as marketing, IT and operations as well as external business partners and vendors
  • Act as a project lead to develop the project management plan and drive the execution of the customer journey management initiatives, including progress tracking and UAT
  • Recommend the priority of the execution plan according to the strategic directions
  • Work closely with IT team and external vendors on development, deployment and to coordinate on technical issue management/resolutions
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards
