• To manage application and updates distribution across AIA workstation.
• To perform end to end distribution and remediation task to comply with measured SLA.
• To perform investigation, root cause analysis, resolution and knowledge-based development for the    in-scope delivery.
• To develop and streamline support and maintenance processes for standardized management across the business entities.
• To participate in patch management process, ensure the patch can be applied successfully to all the SOE’s devices via corporate network and by Cloud Management gateway (CMG).
• To perform software lifecycle management, evaluate the productions software in quarterly basis to ensure software products updated with latest version/fix.
• To perform windows configuration/policies hardening based on the Group Security team’s benchmarking guideline.
• To perform desktop engineering management works as part of SOE build, identity the effective approach/solution in modernizing the Windows build which compatible with digital workplace environment.
