• Eagle Performance Measurement and Attribution module (EPM) design and governance (60%)

• Review and fine-tune technical design and processes to ensure final reports are GIPS compliant

• Gather and analyze business requirement, propose technical design solution as well as workflow enhancement

• Review and enhance existing technical design and system workflow

• Review design and documentation of enhancement provided by internal IT team and vendor to ensure AIA business requirement and IT standard is met, and the solution is sustainable 

• Lead the team to prepare AIA internal IT process and design document for project and BAU.

• Drive development teams (internal and external) to follow SDLC

• Work closely with other team members to ensure coherent design between different IBOR (Investment Book of Record) components, such as Eagle PACE, EPM and reporting, etc.

• Supervise quality of vendor deliverables (10 %)

• Knowledge base development (20%)

• Prepare and design knowledge base to help business users how to use Eagle Access

• Drive knowledge sharing among AIA IT support team as well as business users to improve knowledge of data point available in IBOR

• Application performance monitoring and tuning (10%)

• Monitor and fine-tune system performance and gather SLA reports

• Trouble shoot and fix application related issues

• Drive and co-ordinate database related patches and upgrade
